Firefall Faire 2012?

All the swimsuits we got last year were plenty. I'm eager for a kimono!

I think it is just fine. Its not punishment. If you miss the bus because you came to late you walk.

Very excited for yukata myself this year. Really can't wait.

I am loyal >.> I've played all the FF from FF1 to FF14 lol and all the other SE games (Tobal no2, KH, Seiken Densetsu, etc) SO WHERES MY SPECIAL REWARD!? /sarcasm ._.

Since we probably won't get a rep response ima assume they will let us just purchase them from NPC or give em as a reward again like the easter stuffs.

New or old i would atleast like something different then Grey underclothes. Even dying them doesn't do much.

I'm also looking forward to the Yukata. Now if the Yukata goes into our undercloths slots, THAT would be the best of both worlds. I woont hold my breath though. I expect it will be a normal slot item that we put on for fun. ^^

To all those who missed out on swimsuits because they weren't playing the game during the seasonal event because they either decided not to stick with it or didn't want to pick it up at that point in time, I have just one thing to say...

I really don't mind that I missed them since they are not really... appealing anyway. I am excited to see how the yukata look since I have faith they will not be like FFXI's crappy ones :D

It's not a big deal either way, so why not keep it accessible? Do you need to have it locked down in order to feel special? Is the discounted price per month, unique story-line content, and 2 unique mounts not enough for you? You have to have a monopoly on undergarments too?

This idea of saying "Omg you're entitled because you want something!" is idiocy. There is nothing wrong with wanting some swimwear and there's no reason for it to be 'exclusive'.

That said, I'm in no real rush to get it, which is why I passed it over. Though, if they do the festival item shops like they did in FFXI, that would be kinda cool for those who, for any extenuating circumstances, weren't able to attend.

I didn't get a gold medal during the track races because other people were faster than me, I demand that they slow down so I can get one too.

You keep implying things I did not imply. I am pretty calm and I'm not "screaming". I was already clear on this; this ain't about just me. I wish for everyone to experience everything and have a shot at getting event items if they missed out.

You don't even make any sense when you say it will "jeopardize other's gameplay". Might you elaborate on that? Because I really don't see how everyone having access to the bikini suit will somehow affect you in anyway other than "I won't be the only one with these items". I don't understand how you can be against missable event items of any kind. That's a pretty pretentious attitude.

People will say that I'm entitled and keep whining, so be it. I don't care. I still stand by my opinion; the bikinis should still be accessible to everyone. There is literally no negative impact to anyone's gameplay by doing so.

You can still get your Goobbue mount you have until Server go down in September to get it ^^.

Yes I'm quite aware of this already and since it was not confirmed by a Dev stating specificly only the Yukatas and Getas this event, I'm sure we can obtain the swimsuits. Unless you show me otherwise it will be obtainable next summer event just like the Easter hats were.

Or its ignorant to think swimsuits are the only 'sexy' gear. Try, new underwears (Not swimsuits, but like lingerie), something akin to bunnysuits, any other fitted/revealing clothing.

During the first Letter from the Producer LIVE, one of the questions was about sexy gear. This was from October, so after the Firefall Faire. Why would they be referring to adding swimsuits as sexy gear in 1.22 or 1.23 if they had already been added to the game?

But it is not a monopoly for people who played from january 2012 until 2.0 beta.
It is more a monopoly for people who played summer 2011. Like the yukatas would be a monopoly for people who played summer 2012.

It's a reward of a saisonal event. Don't espect that the events would be exactly the same each year. Like the easter hats, we didn't get a chocobo hat this year. If you want a saisonal item, be sure you participate in the event.

I started playing pretty recently and would like a shot at the swimsuits. New stuff would be great too, of course!
