Its friggin Final Fantasy, a game thats based on teamwork and strategy. There is no need to be elitist . I will never tolerate it.
I don't get the chart?
Edit: Never mind, I get it.
Grats on a <25 min run. If my belittling you is the motivation it takes then so be it, consider me your cheerleader. Besides I was referencing 17's, you know, for the "content" people should be on at this point of the game ("Relics"). Even then, a solid group can carry at least one person in AV, on a 17 min run. Which i happen to know is how some people in particular are at the point they are on their relics.
You vaguely remember something i haven't done in like a year, nice. I vaguely remember the last time i did Ifrit at all. But i will concede anyway, i probably did eat a crack at some point. I'm not preaching perfection here.
I guess 120 DPS on MNK and BLM isn't parsing high on DD jobs. When was the last time you even did anything with me??
Yeah, i did use cleric stance half the time in Hamlet. It's more efficient to nuke mobs off NPC than cure bomb them, and most "healing" comes from Regen coupled with damage mitigation from SS & protect. Even if you do need to drop an actual cure once in a while, it's not detrimental enough with it on. I like your one track mind. Derp.
I expected to get a speed run because that was the whole point of doing it as an LS and not a PUG group. I don't expect speed runs in a PUG, but i do still expect people to put forth some shred of effort like they actually want to be there to win.
No Bryn, I'm no longer in Chimera. And no, they weren't active enough, at least for my play time. Leadership, event coordination and scheduling sucked, as seems to be a common theme among many LS. There was a core group that knew what they were doing, but getting something together with them all online at the same time was once in a blue moon from what i saw.
Where did I ever say i'm unwilling to help or explain things? I encourage sharing knowledge. The problem, like i said, is when these noobs don't listen. Take for instance the CC PUG i was in just last night, i was explaining nearly everything. And we did fine the first run until Chim (which was a wipe, as i expected). The next 2 runs after that just degraded which is what pisses me off.
And i'm pretty sure i even gave AK tips on CC speed run back when you guys had just started trying for them.
I gave Snurble tips on doing Hamlet when they finally got in the mood to do them.
Pretty sure i've offered advice on many different occassions, to many different LS and even PUGs. Really, though, this is what LS or party leaders should be doing. But when your LS/party leaders suck and don't even know what they are doing themselves, and other people blindly follow the suck with nothing to contribute in terms of how to improve, nothing gets done and/or takes forever to complete.
Point is, i don't mind explaining things to people who will take that info and actually apply it to bettering themselves and winning content.
This thread really picked up over the weekend. Lol
This guy should be sterilized immediately.
Hmm, didn't you do your 17min runs with all Perfection?
Pretty sure I remember you doing them with us... Not saying we carried you or anything, but its not like you were the all-star when you got your miser ores..
Either way, I'd PT with you because I'm not about politics, I'm about results.

It was like half the pt perf and half were pick ups or other regular, non perf members iirc. I don't remember who all from perf was there except you and insta.
I didn't get anything as i wasn't on that part of the quest. But it was fun to not be in a derp run anyway, and see that it really is quite easy when ppl are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Either way i was running parser that night and was pulling my own weight.
I'm not saying i'm boss at FFXIV, it takes a team anyway. I'm saying the majority of players don't even try to do any more than the absolute minimum or have any motivation to do the "hard" stuff. There's not enough of everyone else to go around to make those teams.
