No, not at all!
There is so much to do in this game.
However, you probably just grinded FATES and storyline in your haste to get to end game.
You didn't take the time to enjoy the journey as you eagerly consumed your way to 50.

What the playerbase wants and what developers can do in a certain amount of time contradicts everything. In a business like the game industry everything has time limits on how long they have to get a product out to the masses. while developers wants to add what everyone wants, they simply can't. While it may not take too long to come up with a concept for an addition to a game, don't forget how long it takes to model everything as well as code it into it.

Problem with coils: You get to run each coil for a success once per week. Likely by the time you get the 'end game' gear there will be new gear to get so the whole armory system of playing multiple jobs is tossed out of the window. I agree, the amount of grinding needed is very similar to FF11 and taking months to years just to retrieve gear is just showing a lack of imagination on SE's part.

I completely agree, as most people would like to have gear faster than it actually is, like myself, the idea behind funding and constrction of amazing content takes time. The main factor in why I will continue to play this game until the next FF online :P

Please keep up to date with Dev posts. Also 2.1 will be patched in to the game 4-6 weeks from now. 2.1 will introduce many more ways to obtain tombstones and will readjust the current system further to make it more user friendly.

Even WoW had some variety; 5-6 Heroics instead of 1 clear cut efficient route. And they didn't involve having to skip cutscenes and find 7 other people. Don't even bring up duty finder, a.k.a. 3 people AFK finder.

Oh yeah it did, I PvPed in WoW and I will tell you the grind to get full PvP gear and then the grind to level a profession to perfect your class was a PROCESS in itself, almost like a job you don't get paid to do lol
