Security token or not is not the issue it is a under 8 hr account suspension I go to sleep wake up and suspended I also just got off the phone with a few people I play with my account did not come back on after I logged out last night so no one was on my account and mog station shows no new avatars. If someone made a avatar to do R.M.T. and was suspended it would show up and it does not.

Like I said before, mine was in only 5 hours between logging off and logging back on yesterday. Looking into my browser history I've only visited my regular 5 sites in the past three days which tells me that if someone had acquired my account info via malicious website, it would have been 4+ days ago...Seems a little funny that it happened in the 5 hours after I logged off.

I agree it seems funny to me to guess its off to play some minecraft for a bit sitting here does nothing but make me mad lol.

I have my account, wifes, kids, and more than a few people playing just because I asked them to if I am no longer going to play they will go back to the games they want to play I asked them to play because I played FF11 and I know how it was not to get past certain parts of the game because of getting a group together so did my friends I am not saying I am special or anything just well liked hahahaha I live my life by keeping to a simple three word code Honesty, Respect, Loyalty. because of that once a person gets to know me they usually stick with me. Since I have a fifty dow I know if you are not in a good group past Titan HM good luck on a pug.

We haven't been banned outright, we've been suspended without notification of any kind. Normally if someone tries to log onto your account with a different IP, the account will temporarily be suspended. You then receive an email from SE stating that a 3rd party has tried to access your account. It then gives you options with ways to unsuspend the account. This is only a temporary suspension, but the one we (including MANY other people if you comb forums) are receiving are permanently suspended.

See that red circle? I didn't make that character, I only saw it AFTER my account was suspended. That name seems pretty similiar to one an RMT would use.
There's also no option to un suspend the account, despite the fact that someone logging into your account from a 3rd party IP WILL give you an option to un suspend the account.

I do not even have that on my Mog Station only thing on mine is my own avatar

I'm just glad that I know what's happening with my account. Gladly nothing I have on there is of any worth...except to RMT spam with.

I have the physical token so I don't use the software token. I have heard other people have used it once they've been hacked but I have not heard of them being hacked with the security token added to their accounts, physical or software. Maybe someone who uses the software token can walk you through how the app works. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!
