This shit didn't happen on SWTOR, didn't happen with DCUO, or FFXI, or The Secret World, or Defiance, or Darkfall: Unholy Wars.
The only games this shit happened to in recent years was Guild Wars 2, and Diablo III.
I've played way too many MMOs in my life, and I know that this isn't normal--it's appauling, and what is most unforgivable is SE's customer service and communication to it's players about the situation and what they're doing to solve it. Square has been in business too long for me to forgive them for this immence amount of disrespect and incompetence. Not to mention the obvious lack on their part to not adopt successful business strategies from other competitive companies who run and maintain MMOs.
Requesting a refund is fine, give it to him. Complaining about the current status of this game is fine too, how the hell else do you expect us to handle this atrocity?
ChrisRPh-- I can't apologize on behalf of Sqaure, but as a fellow human being that is incredibly disappointed how this game launched, I am sorry this game is incredibly disappointing, I wish you the best of luck, my friend.
