Hmmm seems like you should be eligible as the period between Jan 6 and april 28th is more than 90 days.

If you log into the SE account management and go into Select Service then FFXIV. If you have legacy it should look like this.

Did you pay for 3 months AFTER Jan 2012, which the legacy campaign was running? If not, then you have a 1.0 Character, however you would not be of Legacy status they are not the same thing.

That would be retarded if they just didn't count my Jan 4 to Feb 4 as part of the 90 days. As my subscript was renewing on the 4ths ... that would have made me "pay for 2 months only" as "Feb 4 to Mar 4, Mar 4 to Apr 4, Apr 4 to 28 .... doesn't fill up "3 months".

My account was reactivated on July 26,2012 and was active until shut down. I dont have legacy status symbol but my character is still available on exacalibur which is a legacy server. If it was active from july 26th on i should have EA but i dont. Im getting the same error. I pre-orderd for Ps3 but dont have any codes and I dont have my original preorder recipt. Am i boned for this weekend?
