My thought is this is how SE plans to improve more people, at least in SOME manner, being in the other 2 cities. *shurg* Probs wrong but the original thought of inns/player housing made me think about this. Otherwise, blow'em up and don't rebuild them in 2.0. ;)

Actually I think it's to avoid that you get infinite bonus exp by regenerating it while you're using it...

Just kidding, this is just the goldsmith class mission. But I wouldn't be surprise if this was one of the rooms since he was staying at the inn.

Yeah, when I saw the little picture on Lodestone I thought Goldsmith quest as well and will be fairly disappointed if that's the case, as that room is really unexciting :( Just a bed to sit on and now we can click journal as well /meh. I do hope I'm wrong but not holding my breath for it. . . .

I think it might be because of botting? Just think a private room where no one else can see you or interact, you could bot in there all day and SE would never know.

SE doesnt care were people hang out til after 2.0. they plan on linking the wards then, so that a start.

SE developing methods for people to stay in a certain city instead of gathering in one? Blasphemy!

It isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially with the fact (If I remember correctly, maybe not) they said that the Market/AH in 2.0 would all be connected together between the city-states.
