So the issue moved from "FCs wanting a house" to "FCs wanting a bigger house"?

The only difference is medium/large plots having more garden plots, which doesn't seem like that big of a deal to me.

The new plot will still have a random timer tied to it for new purchases. The only thing that bypasses any and all timers is relocation. Buyers that do not have a house to relocate are subject to the wait.

It might not seem like a big deal to you but consider an FC with 100+ members being stuck with a small and even LESS of gardening opportunities compared to a Large, and Joe Schmoe across the street all by himself is running a Lowes out of his front yard.

Plus all that extra room for parties and social times and stuff. But that isn't GAMEPLAY so I guess it doesn't count huh. Either way it's ridiculous. They should just redesign the wards and make the spread more even if they're not going to change the core system. I'm not saying Large houses should be FC only, but there are simply not enough of them. Not anymore. They don't cost 100mil+ back when the game first came out and everyone was poor.

Are you guys even sure they are adding and unlocking it today? Considering the big red bolded part in the last patch notes and there being no announcement of a finalized date.
4.2 Patch Notes.

All Worlds maintenance starts tonight at 9pm (PT) and will not end before 2am (PT) due to the introduction of additional housing wards.

(According to their twitter thingy.)
