I'm aware of that, does not take away the stress however from seeing my health so low.
I played WHM myself for a long time on another character, and I know about playing like this.
But now being a tank myself I feel really uncomfortable

I don't think this is fair. In level 50 and level 60 dungeons, pulling multiple mobs is common and expected.
As a healer I personally hate it when a tank only pulls one mob at a time when we're all completely overpowered for the dungeon.
In leveling dungeons I completely agree to not pull more than a job or two. Otherwise, pls pull as much as you can after looking at your parties gear.
Speed runs are not the norm in DF, they are the norm for some players, not all.
No, you're not purposely wasting time if you don't mass pull. Acting as if someone is, is harassment.
Agreed. It usually takes longer to span party chat with something sarcastic than it does to deal with another mob pull.
Honestly, a smooth run is fast whether you mass pull or not.
Egh. Just adjust your level of play accordingly and use your

Macro, tab out and hit 1 ever so often. You can do a similar macro as healer or just let the fairy do the job.
Problem solved! Tank gets the slow runs he desires and you can go and do something else for most of the run.
I love how people say your wasting there time when they are in the queue semi AFK waiting for the queue to pop because they dread playing tank.
Take that with you. They say your wasting there time. But they have been sitting in a queue for up wards of 5 mins. If they didn't want there time wasted they would play TANK for instant queues.
That is the reason my Wife doesn't really like play any other jobs. She hates wasting time and instant queues solves that.
Multiple mob pulling is not speed running though. It's the norm in the level 60 dungeons. They're called expert dungeons for a reason, it's meant to be played differently. Why pull so little when you have access to such destructive and powerful spells that can destroy everything in seconds? Why drag a room of jobs down to a 5 minute ordeal when you could have got it down in less than a minute if you pulled it all?
@Zojha: I usually don't encourage this, but if the tank doesn't want to out his all in something, why should I?
Sure, lemme queue on a class I'm "bad" (used loosely) with, equipped an inferior weapon and hope the other people I'm in party with are bad enough I can keep aggro, or are competent enough to use skills like quelling strikes (on classes that can actually grab it). IJS, some people don't queue because of how badly equipped it might be, especially if you're a raider and you don't raid as a tank.
