What if zeal adds 2% attack/cast speed and spend 4% less TP per stack while virtue adds 2% def and mdef and defensive cooldowns refresh 3% faster per stack? Furthermore, upon reaching 5 stacks, their respective oaths will light up and will perform a special move consuming all stacks and disabling the oath when used: sword oath will deal an aoe attack that applies dot on affected targets while shield oath will deal aoe damage that ignores the penalty of shield oath and has increased enmity mod.
It would still retain the simplicity of the job while adding another layer of perks on it.
