Well I can vouch for myself personally. :) Not that I would never play on weekdays without it, but daily beast tribe quests and the roulette bonus make me more likely to log in each day when I otherwise might not.

I point is so, people that don't log in on Tuesday still have people doing them threw out the week.
Well it wouldn't stop people from doing them throughout the week. In fact, someone who only logs in once or twice during the week does multiple dungeons now. This isn't limited to just the weekend warriors - everyone would get to choose what they do with their time. This is just another one of those attempts to funnel people into a certain way of playing that is kind of crappy.
To be honest, I sometimes blow the dungeons off altogether regardless of the bonus. It's important to me, but I'm burned out on HAVING to do a dungeon EVERY night I log in. I'd prefer to stack 2-3 one night, do some other things like gathering to take a break, and then stack the rest up again.
I know it may "seem" like I'm somehow less deserving than you because I prefer not to have my entire game night planned out for me ahead of time by the developers, but I assure you, my performance in your raids later on will greatly benefit from my ability to earn the same amount of tomes you do in my own way.
This is it exactly. Parties need to be filled every day, not just at Mr. Endgame's convenience. Doing multiple roulettes on Saturday = helping more people is a false premise since there are MORE people that log in on Saturday to begin with, so doing extra may actually be creating extra dungeon runs for people who don't need it. Have you ever roulette'd into a lowbie dungeon with four level 50 characters? That only happens when too many people are using that roulette and the server picks a dungeon for you guys to go into to satisfy the glut of roulette players. Roulette exists to help fill newbies' parties, the tome bonus is just the incentive for Mr. Endgame to participate. In fact, newbies don't even get the tomes!
You're the one who needs reading comprehension, bro. Mr. "endgame" isn't playing during the week no matter WHAT the bonus is. Our hypothetical friend Alex can only play on weekends or maybe tuesdays and Wednesdays because those are his days off from RL, not because he is mr "endgame".
The entire system is designed to be convenient. That's why it's there - so that Alex can find party members when he is able to play, and newbies can find party members when they are able to play. Rewards encourage players to do certain content when they are able to log in, and the OP is asking for the devs to consider actually adding systems that help EVERYONE, not just the ones who have the flexibility to log in every day for 2-3 hours per day.
Aside from that, my point was that there is a reward for ALL players in that content. For someone playing on their newbie character they get the XP. For those playing on their level 50 they get the tomes. The bonus system isn't just in place for mr "endgame".
Everybody is missing the point that making the bonus daily is NOT making more people log in during the week. People who can't login on weekdays, won't. A bonus, or lack of thereof, will not change it.
So therefore, there's still no reason to allow the bonus to stack since that would make the weekday players' experience worse as more people decide to save their bonuses for the weekend. I'll admit, I'm closer to Mr. Endgame than anything else and I would appreciate if it were a weekly bonus but I recognize that it would defeat the entire purpose of the roulette system and who it's supposed to benefit most (here's a hint, it's not us).
Except that isn't really true, is it? I don't deny that was what it was for originally, but now the demand for those tomes is so high that roulette is an endgame requirement. Novus quests even send you off to the roulette to get your maps for day. I don't even see new players when I queue for roulette anymore. Maybe once a week I'll have a single non-50 in low level roulette. MS roulette maybe twice a week, I'll have a new runner. High level, Expert and Trial roulettes are entirely for endgame. They serve no purpose otherwise.
The current reality of the game is that the only way to get the coveted myth tomes is roulette. If you miss a day of play, you fall further behind the endgame and there's no way to make that up. Oh, yeah, except for those hated Brayflox SRs most people want to discourage. Honestly, I'd like to see S-E back off on the myth tomes and let the roulette be truly for helping newer players. That's just not how it works right now. Right now, tomes are endgame. Roulettes give the most tomes by far. Therefore, roulettes have turned into the endgame. This suggestion would at least help ease that, and probably wouldn't hurt newer players at all. After all, a stacking roulette bonus for them would mean bonus dungeon and hest exp when they need it, not when the new day rolls over and their lives might interrupt their ability to play.
