So I tried to get ahold of Digital River...well, there is NO WAY to contact them regarding getting a new code. This NEEDS to be done by Square-Enix themselves! THEY have the code, Digital River DOES NOT have it! Seriously, if this crap doesn't get resolved, I am NOT buying another product again from the Square-Enix store!!! -

Sadly, Digital River is well known for their issues. As to how the code is already used, that one does seem like it would be on Square Enix's end. Best of luck on getting a refund with DR though.

Where exactly is the code located in the disk case ? I have 3 paper inserts one that has a picture of the minon , one that has a code to register the product on the Jp enix site and one that has options for the disk . I cant read Japanese so am wondering where its located since everything on this one is in Jap unlike the last soundtrack which had the code clear as day in English .
