I believe you are correct as it would have been impossible to kill them at launch. The cap wasn't high enough and alot of the then vital gear wasn't implemented if it was in the dats. But I believe there was some big things I can't recall alot of the ffxi history.Quote:

I think that given the vastness of the zones we currently have, it wouldn't be hard to include giant roaming NMs and beastmen groups in the more distant regions of each area. I for one would love to see FF13-style adamantoises wandering around the northern end of La Noscea to make it feel a bit more wild and dangerous.

There is an awesome area called Wyrmking's Perch that is West of Ishgard. There is an old castle there. Would be awesome to put a HNM that roamed around that castle grounds just between Wyrmking's Perch and The Lance.Quote:
