Housing: General Feedback (Not Pricing)

I think they should also do things with the seasonal events it would be cool if some of the rewards for the seasonal events were mats for the seasons theme. Like snowmen and such. Maybe even include options for the housing like Christmas lights for the house during the Christmas holiday.

Also decorating the area outside with like a community tree or some type of themes for the areas. It'll be interesting once more people get houses I really hope the community area grows. I already enjoy the area a lot and plan to make good use of it.

It's nice of SE to answer questions that are trivial while completely ignoring major question like whether or not future content like workshops and chocobo raising will be available to all FC plot sizes.

You mean the Housing no one can afford because the Devs dont take into account people want there own 1 so are saving there gil, players who dont play anymore from 1.0 who have Millions of Gil & current players dont, players who dont play daily or do dungeons daily but instead do Coil/primals/raids which doesnt drop Gil on that level, Gil Loss due to needing it to level crafts (shard/crystals, materials), teleport fees, gear upgrade + materia, repairs which need to be done every 5 seconds at a cost of 1400+gil on So many different classes Daily! & that not everyone has over 20k or 400k gil Total on them currently. E.T.C.

& that currently the most people make daily is around 7k not the 20k yoshi said.

I get that some people are not happy regarding the prices that's fine but I mean this really doesn't have to ruin every thread. If you want answers or have questions giving these types of replies isn't gonna get you anywhere. Honestly as someone who is very happy about housing I would like a thread to discuss it, share ideas and in general improve things I rather not fill it with this. If you're unhappy because of the pricing that's cool but there are 500 other threads you can post in.

If you are in the housing area and want to repair your stuff without having the needed crafting class to repair it yourself, just go to the nearest house, press the door bell and ask the owner if you can use his repair npc for a moment.

I still haven't seen anything about why repair cost are so high now and I have to repair a lot more often. After 2.1 my gear now degrades sooo much faster. If this is already posted awesome and I hope the devs are going to fix it!

When we do get a house, might as well put all the hunting log monsters available in your back yard so you don't ever need to leave your house.

i am actually excited that they are putting in NPCs for us to have in our houses ( FC ) and honestly i have no problem with housing costs.

honestly though... i don't like Mist at all but i do like the Goblet and the Grid areas they just look sooo sexah!!!

i think what i wanted to see has been answered to an extent... but hmmmm maybe house events like they had in FFXI where certain events can ony happen in your house?

Unless I'm doing something wrong, it looks like you can warp from the city Aetheryte to the housing wards BUT you can't warp back to the host city from the housing area Aethernet!

Either I'm stupid (within the realm of possibility) or this seems like an error to me. Why not be able to use the Aethernet to warp back to the home city instead of having to burn a warp?
