the thing is if they remove thunder cross skill for SMN will not be complete since we cannot use blizzard 2 instead of thunder cause it will make us run out of mana. Therefore, they better get us a new class cross skill that useful than stupid blizzard 2 to replace with thunder that we lose.

AoE Kings? Summoners? Are we looking at the same game? Black Mages are the residential AoE kings, where as summoners are single target DPS focused. They were trying to give all casters an AoE move, but they nerfed it down and it's expensive as hell to cast as it currently stands. Now, outside limited (debatable) usage in t4 and fate parties, there's no other point to using this ability. Unnecessary nerf was unnecessary. -

Yeah it s a true shame to lose Thunder I hope they somehow make it up for that, it was nice even as aoe DMG: Shadow Flare, Bio2-Miasma-Bio-Bane-Thunder then Thunder the rest of the targets it s not as burst as a blm of course but it was worthy, the same applies to single target but instead of bane fester and so on. I agree with Priya it looks you are not playing the same game Blms are the AoE kings and SMNs are suppose to be better on single targets and they are but I m not sure if they will after this patch, I m looking foward to see more info comming because there is like nothing good about arcanist is like saying drop smn and become a sch to be a worthy class for our endgame :( I will still play smn because I love the job but it was a bit sad to have this kind of nerf.
