2am came and went, I guess that throws my theory out the window too.

Because the content you want is anti-ls, none of you want to socialize and go kill something, these mobs for hours and hours spam spawn at 4 dif camps, within min's of death, respawn, they would only be heavily camped maby the first week of release then nothing. There is no "claiming" issue, the mobs are all over. None of you want to do anything with anyone, you play mmo's to low-man/solo.

Edit: The only issue with this type of content is the mob tethering making them deagro, it makes for easy kill if none are around to steal claim, and people stealing claim.

They should make Public Events has their own loot tables.. . that would solve many problems.

People should stop leashing and do the fight as intended, it would solve the claim stealing issue. Leashing is cheesy anyway.

Honestly, I've never seen the H-1 drop anything, but all six of the elites can drop either hat, and I'm assuming that the H-1 can drop both hats as well.

I can not BELIEVE they haven't attacked yet, I guess they won't attack before patch
