Community team! Help! No Beta Emails?

Well, there ya go! :)

See, everything eventually works itself out. Albeit slowly, lol. Yes, customer service is horribly lacking in SE. But it's there. You just have to throw a net and hope to catch them.

Yea, I'm going to go post the steps necessary to fix the problem in other forums, so people don't have to go through this.

I'm just trying to save the support team some time by making it easier for people.

wahoo...finally figured out how to do the online chat thing...waited for about an hour...withing 2 seconds had a beta code. While registering my beta code to my square enix account I did notice something though. For some reason my two ingame special items - onion helm and asurian armguards are registered to my beta 1.0 account, not my legacy account. Does anybody know if I'm able to get those items registered back to my legacy account?

Happy to hear many of you getting your codes from your chats. Unfortunately for me, I got the rep that doesn't want to do his job. :(

Agent Jordan G: We still have you on the escalation list form your last contact. We handle these in the order they are received. I understand you have been waiting quite some time and I am very sorry but I do not have a code to give. If you just keep an eye on the email address listed on the account and the spam folder you should see a code before the next beta text.
End-user: what makes YOU so sure I will get a code by then???
End-user: I've been promised that for 5months
End-user: And if you handle in the order they are received then why is it you can't provide a key now? if you are handling these issues?

I hope if you are a 1.0 account holder that you got a chance to see the new post by Bayohne which just got posted and stickied on the front page ^^

Thank you Jillybean, I did not notice the sticky. I am on my phone(note 2! greatest phone ever.) I only refresh this post, and posts of the day, hoping for some word from other members. I will try this one last thing in this post, I appreciate it thanks again!

You're welcome, I hope you and others who've had so much trouble will post and let us know if/when you get your Beta keys resolved. :)
