はい、まさにこの通りの仕様を予定しています。
基本のレシピは、製作可能レベルになったらリストに載るようになります。
その他にもリーヴ・クエストなどでしか入手できないレシピも想定しており、
それらは取得した時点でリストに追加されるようになります。
We are planning exactly what you mentioned.
Basic recipes will be on the recipe once you reach the level to craft them.
Also planning recipes where you can only obtain from leve or quests, for those once you obtain them it will be added to the list.

レシピリストから完成品を選ぶと、自動で必要な素材がセットされ、
そのまま製作を開始することができるようになります。
yes, this is also the idea.
Once you choose the item from recipe list it will automatically set the required items and you can start crafting from there.

ここまでの内容が新生ローンチ時に実装され、
ゲーム内でのレシピの検索機能強化などは、その後フィードバックを頂きながら実装を検討していく予定です。
Up till this point will be what will be available at 2.0's launch and we will also look into features such as search feature in-game to look up recipes, and other upgrades from your feedbacks.

I still want more macro lines, I play 5 classes now and 6 lines on ALT is just not enough, also CTRL give me rsi after a while lolz, I wish they would get back on this matter! ;

Regarding Battle Regiment; once the job implementation is completed in patch 1.21 and battle modifications are finished we will work on a battle regimen system which is more optimized for the new battle program. Foxclon responded to a thread asking to get rid of the FFXIV Config and make it possible to configure through in-game like most games.

With last name don't think there will have too much duplicated and not really worried about changing the name but when you do that what's going to happen to the history?

キャラクター名やワールドが変更になった場合、Lodestoneの該当箇所が自動で更新されますが、ヒストリーなどはそのまま引き継がれます。
If the character name or world changed parts of Lodestone will automatically be updated but for history it will carry over.

The last part sounds like even if you had to change your name your history will show the old characters name, pretty sure some one going to complain about this too... just like every other small changes....

im gonna take a guess and say priority will go as follows

1) subscribers get first priority
2) if both are, itl be something like character creation date
3) if by chance both are same, itl be whos base server it is

I think the server's home player should take priority over date because it might be the case that the player purposely create a character on that server since the name is available. But yeah in the end someone's gonna have to change, hope it doesn't happen to too much people :>
