I'm done with the thread, perhaps someone else will continue the quest to help the thousands of players unable to play & who are not receiving support/solutions (or at minimum reimbursement).

CaffeinePanda you have done this issue a service. I have checked periodically to see if anything has happened as a result, and am saddened to see this blatant issue approaching on half a year not being even addressed.
