I've saved some groups from so many wipes just because of Clemency. Healers shouldn't be butthurt about a heal going off every now and then just like how dps don't get mad when healers dps some. Sometimes, healers tunnel vision (I know I'm guilty of it at least a few times) and a quick clemency on yourself or a party member makes them go "oh, whoops!" I really wish people wouldn't take these things as a slight against them or their capabilities. Sometimes a tank just gets nervous. Especially with all the bad healers I've had.

Outside of that, the point of those tools is to ease the burden on healers, unfortunately, sometimes it might take a little from their job of healing(healers), but its not the intended purpose because the cost of MP is absolutely tasking on PLD and curebotting is absolutely a massive DPS loss for RDM as well as mana costly. Its the very rare chance they actually give a job an identity without crapping all over it due to what space on the role shelf the devs decided to place it on. Also just to lay it out there in terms of balance "as intended" or whatnot 3/3 healers can res 2/10 dps can res 0/4 tanks can res.
This means theres a high probability if both/or one healer dies, its most definitely a wipe on any instance. I wouldnt cry if PLD got a raise tbh. I think the shared burden of success shouldnt be left to one role. -

I think some people should stop having too much pride and think about the game as a teamwork.
Each job bring something to help the team. I main dancer and some abilities are to support and help healers give more heals. So it should be removed too? How about instead we keep it the way it is so everyone help each other complete stuff in game? I love vercure and veraise and i don't use them to make the healers mad but to help the team if things go wrong. -
