I'm not sure that's exactly how LBs work, lorewise.
Looking at Chimatsuri for example, all it says is that it's using the aether suffusing a battlefield - which probably means a ninja could even do it solo, provided they are able to use the ability in the first place. A similar restriction is put on Final Heaven (though the phrasing: "Cannot be used until the practitioner is prepared to reach beyond mortal limits into the divine" is borderline 4th wall breaking).
In the case of Pulse of Life, it says it draws upon the reserves of all allies present, but it doesn't state any restrictions as to how and when it can be used - so if there are sufficient allies around, yeah, a WHM WoL would be able to use it, with a higher strain put on the allies the less there are to draw from (probably even killing some if there are too few or their aetherial reserves are lacking).

Anything about Nanamo, please?

Rowena genuinely doesn't seem to be doing anything with the tomestones but selling them, the more interesting question is who's she selling them to. Twenty-three summers? Godbert? Seven hells! How often do they have summers there? I'm twenty five years old.

I knew all those lotions and potions om the Mandervillian Maid barding were Julyan's!.... But I certainly won't tell her that.

Interesting. So she wasn't actually Doman after all. The book does say that ninja are from Higashima I believe. Originally I mean. And she joined Doma AFTER it had been destroyed. I might be incorrect, hut japanese pretty much says shogun instead of general anyway, so it's likely shogun in the original. Maybe it isn't named explicitly because we might bump into said general *cough* Cyan *cough* if we get Samurai in Stormblood.

Yugiri probably is from Doma, she's definitely not from Hingashi, she's described as "having witnessed the terrors wrought by the Garlean Empire, a young Yugiri made the pilgrimage from her Raen home to the village of the shinobi, seeking tools with which she might fight the Empire".

I haven't seen anything we didn't already know but to be fair the more important a character is the more the information about them is just scattered everywhere, such as how Aymeric's love of cooking isn't listed in his entry but wound-up mentioned in Lucia's.

Going to take a wild guess that the kanji for that is 日ヶ島, which would literally mean "sun island." What's Japan called by the Japanese? 日本, "origin of the sun."

No worries. I still appreciate all the info. Don't want to get you into trouble. Altough SE doesn't seem to do anything about all the scan uploads. Thankfully, cause I can't afford to buy and ship a lorebook at present and am very hungry for lore. But honestly I plan to buy the whole thing eventually either way. So she left Doma to become a ninja, but came back too late. Now that's even more interesting.

Okay I searched for that part again. It's Hingashi and apparently it means "the east". Also it's an island nation that isn't a part of Othard. So I guess it is like Vylbrand and Aldenard.
If I understand the Au Ra entry correctly, Doma is the city state of the region of Yanxia.
