How do we get to live chat support? I can't find it for the life of me. I got 90000 error and my account was suspended this morning and I haven't done anything wrong. I changed password and can still log into my account just fine, and my fc has not seen me online with 4 days of trial remaining and I already payed for time but it says it is suspended and or not registered. I have recieved a fishy email saying my account was 'terminated' late last night but I don't think it is really from square. Edit: Nevermind, I figured out how to get to it after some trial and error.

Last response, but the problem is that Square Enix can't do their job and just don't care either.

Hacked on sept 12th, did the ticket thing and the live chat that kept failing thing until the 19th when I finally called snd spoke to someone. They told me they were escalating and it would take two weeks.
Haven't heard from them since

There is no rollback system created yet. They said they are working on it and they have our character data to rollback to stored away for once they can. So it's basically gonna be long ride. Only things we can do is maybe start a petition to push this forward as a top priority and also flood the letter to the producer live question forum with questions about rollback for paying loyal customers.

I don't care about a roll back, I want my account unlocked.

Yeah. At this point, (I got compromised on 9/10 (I can't even just say the 10th anymore, because it'll soon be a MONTH)) I don't even care if I lost everything. I can rebuild that.

I just want my account back.

For getting back into locked account they told me there is a new declaration form you gotta fill out with proof of ID and fax or email it. They said even if you applied before you should call back to get the new declaration form mailed to you.

I did that a week ago in live chat with them and I'm still waiting. :( A few days off 3 weeks now in total. It's really starting to suck.

6 days away from a month for me

So I'm hearing of people now getting their accounts back, but without their stuff restored because, as previously mentioned, there is reportedly no capacity for a character rollback on SE's end (this seems beyond absurd; I really can't even imagine this). It is apparently requiring a second ticket to get stuff back? Can anyone confirm/deny?

If you get your account reinstated, but without your stuff, submit a second ticket to get it back, and then resume playing in the interim, what happens....?

SE's administration of this game is really beyond the pale. Almost incomprehensibly stupid.

I havent been given my account back yet, but that is what they told me when I originally spoke to them.

In the live letter to the producer forum for asking questions I put up a post asking the same thing. It's post 220 around page 22. Please hit "like" on it. Or maybe someone who's better at writing can write a better post that we can "like". It almost definitely won't help, but it certainly can't hurt. Definitely getting desperate at this point as I watch everyone soaring past me progression wise as I wait for a rollback to get my lost gil and items returned.

Was suspended, then terminated. GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK.

Attempted to Resolve By: List how you attempted to resolve the problem.
Sent email ticket on Sept 22, called them Sept 23 at 2 pm PST. They terminated my account and sent an email a few hours later, causing me to lose hope. I called a rep and he said that the reason I was banned was because my account was flagged for investigation. Called again 2 weeks later asking to re-escalate my investigation. Was un-banned and had my account restored the following day, which is today, at 10 pm PST.

Did it Work: Yes, No, Maybe, Hopeful, Bashing head against keyboard.
Yes, after 2 weeks + 2 days of waiting...

Yes - got my investigation started, answered questions.
Final Resolution: What was the final outcome / result from SE? (Permanently banned, suspension lifted, account items recovered, account items not recovered, etc.)

Suspension lifted, not sure about account items but we'll find out soon :) Don't lose hope guys!

Status: Account suspended
Attempted to Resolve By: Contacted support via chat. Changed password and send scan of ID.
Did it Work: Yes

Final Resolution: Suspension lifted. Logged in to find main character had moved but no items or Gil seem to be missing. I have since added a Security Token to my account.

Leaves me wondering if I was actually hacked or the hacker just wanted to spam RMT links or even that my account was accidently suspended due to mistaken identity.

Final Resolution: Live chat donkey told me to basically hold my hands together in prayer and hope I get it resolved.

I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and give it a few more days seeing as there are hundreds of folks who have been hacked and some have only been resolved today despite being reported 2 weeks ago.

Still a fucking joke though.
