I imagine that what they mean is that your subscription status (as in, auto-renewal, complete with payment information) will be lost, not your 30 days. That's me trying to be an optimist, however, and as someone totally unwilling to believe that, at launch, they'd remove the 30 days given to new players because of their own poor web design and unclear service registration.
