FrostIcereaver: i suggest you go back to what ever site you used to purchase your pre order of ps3 and double check the email for typo.

That must be it with the welcome back campaign and feb having only 28 days you would be like 3-4 days under.

Edit: with the welcome back campaign free time in effect it would technically put your start payment date at Feb 4th.

Don't claim "90days" if the real this is "3 full subscription ticks of at least 30 days each only if it ticks after the Jan 6*" *more shadowy details we'll keep in secret in case we could drop another few thousands ppl off the charts.

I must be retarded or something .... please explain to me how this is relevant to my situation.
Still tells me ... my account had accounts information filled up by Jan4 ... Date ticks at Jan 6 while my account is active and remains actived until May 4th. I still count more than 90 days. Am I wrong or something?

My opinion on the whole LEGACY deal-

Anyone who originally purchased 1.0, in any form, should not have to wait even a second longer than ANY other player to actually PLAY a game they purchased over 2 YEARS ago.

Simple.

The advertised promotion is "90 days after Jan 6 2012".
My account was active from Jan 6 to May 4th.
I should have the Legacy Status on my account as it does go over "90 days". It in facts makes exactly : 118 days.

Details:
Jan 6 to Jan 31 = 25 days
Feb 1 to Feb 29 = 29 days
Mar 1 to Mar 31 = 31 days
Apr 1 to Apr 30 = 30 days
May 1 to May 3 = 3 days

This means your actual system doesn't count subscriptions that ticked before the Jan 6 which is an obvious problem and which will lead to massive complaints. Can you please add the Legacy Status to my account. Thank you ^_^

I honestly believe anyone that played the turd we were given in 2010 should be pissed by the LEGACY campaign regardless.

Anyone that purchased 1.0 in 2010 received an MMO that was so bad the company basically scrapped it shortly after and started redesigning. I supported the game from DAY 1.

They wiped out just about my entire account history then denied me the legacy promotion.

hi guys had to recently do a system restore on my pc and lost my "Legacy beta client" launcher but i also deleted my email with the legacy client download in it the day before my pc crashed. How do i get the client back and will i lose my early access some1 plz help. tyvm

Same here- Went to check my Account History to prove I should have Legacy, and there was no history of me ever having a sub even though I played, or atleast payed for atleast 12months of Sub.

well i was in beta phase 3 and 4 and had the launcher but when my pc crashed and did a system restore i lost my launcher and client on my desktop so i dont know what to do i tired to download the phase 4 launcher client as its supposed to be the same as the 1 legacy players need to play the real game but it says "There are no valid service accounts" would love some kinda info on this crap.THX

You just need the regular game client. There isn't a special one for legacy players. The only difference is that legacy players will be able to install the latest patch when they sign in. Are you sure that you have a Legacy account and not a regular 1.0 account? When you log into your Square Enix account you should see the Legacy icon like in this picture.

you don't have to buy the game, just owning 1.0 gives you the free upgrade to ARR. likewise if you owned 1.0 CE you got the free CE items for ARR as well. You only need to rebuy the game if you want it for PS3 or Want the physical collectors items.
