Nowhere in your post did you mention anything about Providing Feedback after knowing who at at Square Enix is/will take responsibility for the Cash Shop

Bro, it'll never happen. Could you imagine if Yoshi P suddenly admitted to being behind the cash shop? His reputation would probably take a massive hit. There's a reason why when players ask the devs questions about the cash shop it's almost always smoke and mirrors, like the creation of the "scary baroness lady." The cash shop is an incredibly unpopular piece of FFXIV because it comes off as corporate greed, and nobody at SE wants to take responsibility and take the flak for it.

Thats why I said it But Ive a few friends who normally go for these outfits and even they said it couldve used a few more passes at the drawing board.

Unfortunately, people complain about it on here or Reddit, but I'd be damned if I didn't see an abusive amount of people with the new cash shop items. Without fail every time. It's like the demon wolf mount. People threw an absolute stink fit over it, not being a raid reward or a Blue Mage reward. I saw a load of people saying they were never gonna buy it, and then wouldn't you know who won the pony? Double the number of people riding that mount during that weeks hunt train. SE CEO wiping his tears with crisp money. You really showed that corporation who's boss. It's like when the moron vegan people pour out all the milk. Now the store orders more to replace it and the milk company makes more money and the cows get worked harder. What a bunch of dumbasses.

Don't worry, a portion of the profits from cash shop purchases goes back into funding development of future FFXIV cash shop items!

Tbf most of the whales can legit not help it which adds to the problem. The worst part is whales aren't all well off rich folk like people think but people with shopping or gambling addictions, I can speak for myself as the reason I can't play ESO anymore is I struggled with not buying stuff because well, gambling addiction. It's why I never go to casinos or do any real gambling unless it's something like New Vegas.

It's a really predatory system that sadly doesn't seem like it's vanishing anytime soon, just thank god there isn't any cash shop lootboxes.

lots of stuff in the shop seems overpriced when I checked it out ( I am a new player )

All I know is that if I am still subbed in 2-4 months I will prob buy that panda mount. xD

If you did not get the memo, the mounts and such is in genereral much better inside the game as it is... likewise various glamours...

Some stuff from previous events goes on sale, but that is pretty much it, also you don't need to spend a dime on anything but the subscription to have a nice game... and of those that buy a little extra in most cases is due to dedication for the game as well.

You wont get any bonusses from the limited selection of items in the mogstore.
