Even worse, instead of jumping at each other throat, answer seriously, with argumented discussion. It doesn't happen much, but I've seen it here, someone creating an obviously troll or super angry post, and people taking the time to discuss every point seriously, while ignoring the trolls, and they ended leaving. But I guess asking people here to have a nuanced opinion is too much.

The easy consistency with which they can get the same group of people to harrumph that they're definitely NOT FUNNY and clutch their pearls about moderators only gets funnier every time it happens.

This game's white knights have such sticks up their butts, and their protestations to the contrary are actually incredibly funny. 10/10. Skiros threads are great; they rarely fail to provoke the living embodiments of that crying rage NPC wearing the smug mask meme.

Except you can still see thread topics from people you blocked, and when one person decides that flooding the forums is a good use of their time, you are going to end up in a thread here and there. I also don't need to read or interact with OP (which I don't other than a thread title).

Finally, there are more people in threads than OP.

OP and people like it used to bother me more, but honestly it's just so dull at this point, I've become apathetic to the pathetic nature of it all.

However it is objectively true that patches are taking longer and each one has less stuff than previous corresponding patches.

Patch 6.4: MSQ, 2x Side Stories, Raid, 1 Dungeon, 1 Ex, Criterion, minor island sanctuary and ocean fishing updates

Patch 5.4: MSQ, 1x Side Story, Raid, 1 Dungeon, 1 Ex, Bozja updates (Delubrum, relic weapons), Ishgardian Restoration, minor ocean fishing, gold saucer updates.

You can only develop so much every patch and there are various reasons why the Cycles have gotten longer.
Things that only the Devs truly know the reason for. Not like any of us work there.

But also you forgot to include in 6.4 we are also getting more Hildibrand & The Next Weapon Step

I included hildibrand in "2x side stories". And I did skip over blue mage, but 5.4 also had blue mage stuff sooo.

I really don't understand your reasoning, are you just complaining for the sake of complaining or how is it going?

If I don't like a game, at best I stop playing it, tell the people I'm playing with that the game bores me and stop my sub.

Why are you keeping your subscription? You pay, you approve, as long as you remain in some sort of denial.

The game can't please everyone, even if it's GOTY for its year of release and its category. I don't see millions of gamers complaining that FFXIV sucks.

So the problem is that it doesn't meet your expectations, so go and have fun with another game, unless there's a problem like FFXIV 1.0, nothing will change.

Enjoy the game (your favourite of the moment).

Endwalker is pretty mid.

Well regardless, I sure do love having longer between patches while also having a limp relic and no exploratory zone. Seems like they are cutting corners and seeing what the bare minimum is before people will riot. Pretty low, seems like.

How is it a weak rebuttal? What I got out of their argument isn't that BLU doesn't count as content, but instead that since they glossed over BLU in both patches, then it evens out and the main takeaway is still the same. Pretty sound to me.

The Explore Zone really isnt the Grand thing alot of people seem to think it is.
Its a Soulless repetitive grind just like everything else in a different form. Just because its something to do, doesnt mean its good.
But I digress, this is subjective opinion, Im not one to say you or anybody are wrong for liking it.
I hated it in Eureka, I loved it in Bozja, and quite frankly Im happy we got something different instead of the same stuff 3x in a row. Just like how they took a 1 expansion break from Hildibrand, and deep Dungeon, and now they are back.
The same can happen to explore zones.

Its good to mix things up and do different things, which is what this Whole Expansion has been about. Not perfectly executed, but they are attempting to try new things.....in a game that people complain about doesnt take any risks or try new things and just do more of the same...But as soon as they do, people complain that they want to go back to more of the same.
Its pretty mind Boggling.

No one said that BLU, as content, is being glossed over. What was said is that Rolder50 glossed over BLU in their argument. Since both 5.4 and 6.4 had that kind of content, forgetting or even omitting it doesn't give either patch an advantage over the other.
