Actually no, the point is to make gil via submarines in 99% of cases, which is their rights to do as they 1 : Paid for the accounts and 2 : paid for the houses. They can do whatever they want with it, them not having it wouldnt mean you would have it anyway. Nor OP or anyone else calling them names own that house, it's up for grab, and they did grab it. Period.

For their own personal gain, and at the expense of an entire server's worth of players, knowing full well there's not enough houses to go around to begin with. That is greedy and selfish.

I already responded to that, those people do it for the sole purpose of making gil, because submarines are a massive amount of gil that is very easy to get. It's fair for them to do it as they paid for it.

Nope, it's on SE themselves for not adding additional wards or making instanced housing,buying additional houses is not agaisnt TOS nor is it taking advantage, if it wasnt them, it would be someone else with that house, what's the difference ? My first thought is actually botters who use the housing for gardening to get the items you can ONLY get by gardening which half the community is excluded from. So making those items super expensive in MB.

I wish SE would allow us to have small garden plots indoor in our apartments.... that would be great.

I do gathering from time to time and there are SO MANY BOTS in this game that is not even funny anymore. I get genuine joy when I meet an actual player during my gathering journeys.

Every single rule in the TOS has an addendum, this may not violate the letter but certainly the spirit of the rule. Its a bad look when they argue they can't afford server space to add more housing. Ok then stop 1 person from taking up 20 lots. I don't care how you have to change the rules to do it.

Also players shouldnt have to "care" about others in housing, that's SE's job. They should take it up to them, not "harass them 24/7" as someone messed up said in the previous page.

It's likely these people got houses before the system changed per account and thus, they get to keep em.

They have retroactively applied the rules to anyone else, so I dont see why this is an issue here.

Would it be rude to ask for tiny tent houses so we can camp around the housing wards like homeless people?

Okay. I'm not them, so...

I think any Dev, GM, or Game Moderator or whatever would strongly believe that:

-> an FC or FCs blocking access to plots for 8+ consecutive cycles just so they can "pick the best one they win"
and
-> an individual with multi accounts blocking access to most/all of an entire ward just for lolz or selfishness

would be abusing the system or the intent of the system. They would also probably find it to be in violation of ToS or the intent of ToS even if InternetForumGenius420 says it's totally fine and okay.
