They might not be saying it in a way that makes people happy, but when you are spending money you should have a reasonable expectation to use what you buy yes? And it has had long congested server loads for a long while now. I may not agree with them on how they say things but I do understand them being upset.

The problem is, they can use it, and even at a time which may be convenient to them. They just refuse to use it at any time other than prime time - which, has been dwindling further and further down.

So i see you joined in august for the forums. but just not decided to post to cry and become an internet Karen?

People have been more than accommodating with explanations of what you can do, OP. Your fantasia works. You refuse to use it during the hours it will work. Prime time is flooded right now. Crying and moaning about it, and then being difficult like a toddler throwing a tantrum with lame excuses that basically equate to "I don't want to" when given clear and easy solutions to your issue just oozes either blatant entitlement or obvious trolling.

If it's the first, your sub is no more important than anyone else's and we're ALL dealing with the population/queues. Welcome to reality. Population: All of us.

you can literally do it before go to work. It's literally a 5 minutes process (assuming you created a preset in benchmark for example)

As much as I agree this is a minor issue, and the OP's rage over it is pretty funny...They do kinda have a point. They should suspend sales of Fantasia until they get their act together and can support the sale of the product.

Why should the vast majority of players who can manage to use a fantasia be locked out of the new race for a few Karens who can't log on at offpeak times?

I've had FC mates use Fantasias recently with no issues. There is no reason to stop selling something when it affects such a small amount of the population and the solution to the problem is very easy to get around, if it even is an issue.

actually fantasia will work even with congestion hiding your character info it requires a bit of spamming
or you can load your data center manually and it will show your character details
worked for me day one for endwalker easiest fantasia of my life

Why would they do that when it is still entirely possible to use a fantasia. You just gotta pick a time off of primetime. As someone suggested. Doing early in the morning or late at night would work. Just build the character you want beforehand, save it, then load it in first thing in the morning while you get ready for work or something, or late at night before bed.

Coeurl is largely uncongested now so i can do it at any time if i wanted with no issue.

Why did you use a fantasia when people were still struggling just to log into the game?

It's automatic, they don't "do" anything about it. What do you think they "do" when you change about half your cosmetics with your own aesthetic bell ? You know BBB means nothing right? Also, BBB cannot do anything or make a company do anything while yes, they sometimes reach out to companies but only to act as a mediator and that's about it.

Telling a company, they are getting a bad rating on BBB is like saying im giving a 1 star on yelp. Also, it has been sort of proven a company can pay off the BBB lol


Also not sure why post this here demanding a refund when either should post this in the tech section or contact customer support. It really feels like this is an attention seeking post like those that saying they are quitting
