I don't think anything else was specifically mentioned to be in 1.22a; and most was hinted at for 1.22b. (If you think about it with Golden Week, not too much work was probably done between 1.22 and 1.22a) so 1.22a should be smaller I'd think than 1.22b.
I dont see Garuda to be too big of a problem. I do feel it it tough and requires really good equipped players. I do feel they should remove about 30% of Garuda's Evasion and lower the amount of plumes to the max of 5. Steel Cyclone & other aoe attacks cant hit that many targets at once since they have limitations. I do feel Garuda needs to more resist more Magical attacks and have melee be its weakness. Also feel Plumes need to be more weak to magic.
I also think plumes should spawn all at the sametime in waves.
If these up I think plumes HP should increase by 40%.
Think would make first halve all about Aoe timing and having 4 players Aoeing the plumes.
SE should have patched Garuda the day of the first BLM burn...
Yes they should sacrifice their holiday because few players here still have sand in their vag over this issue because apparently for every BLM burn that drops garudas weapon would kill raikki's kittens.
Not seeing anything about Artifact Weapons in the patch notes...
Guess I killed 80 babies getting my 7/7 Garuda Weapons :(... Oh well ^^
Also, nothing on Weapons or the Imperial Stronghold in the 1.22a patch notes, just a lot of ridiculous recipes for some not-so-great gear (jobs can't use any of it, only classes), strange seals that grant the user protection from the primals, and Hamlet defense in the other 2 cities.

And yet my entire post is accurate.
You realize with golden week that they only worked on this patch for mayyyyyybe a few days on 1.22a which seems to be mostly bug fixes with Hamlets 2/3 and the items associated with them (like Coke is bought at Hrystmill, the items for the other 2 sets are bought at these 2 hamlets).
It was way to unrealistic to think alllllllll this stuff was going to be in 1.22a given the amount of time they had to work on it.
So by the actual result, we only get new hamlet defends new recipe, but no AF weapons.
