What did squares and triangles ever do to you?

Polygamy is pretty cringe bro. Also I must refrain from making a Utah joke.
So what happens when you accidently teleport to the wrong husbando/waifu? and you blurt out the wrong name?
Well... I mean is there a divorce process in Eorzea if someone wants to marry someone else later? If not I guess the bond is eternal since you can't even kill your spouse since they can just respawn or get Raised afterwards... >.>
I rather having a date system where I can date NPCs together with my eternal-bonded mate... oh wait.
Doesn't about every harem/isekai anime have them in japan. i see no problem with it. There was a bug in ffxi that let you.
Harem cartoons are about as cringe as polygamy. Now, monogamous cartoons are for Chads.
I love drama. /popcorn
Harem anime with teleportation rings. I'd have a partner live under my desk at work, one at the bar, one stays home, and the others are in standby. Not married to each other, that is forbidden. I hold all the rings to keep the temptation away from them.
While I feel you on the stuff being delayed insulting a request for someone's wish to be represented is pretty much against the ffxiv spirit. While not for everyone if it is consenting parties sure why not though be hard to balance how the paid for would work. I guess charge everyone involved.
I would like to point out that Seeker Miqo'te social structure is built around the men fighting to claim an entire tribe as their harem.
This thread makes me think of Polygamy Porter. Their catch phrase is, "Why have just one?"
Why didn't you just BLU mage it? Die and have her raise you?
Anyway, Polygamy is illegal in most of the United States and Japan (I looked it up.)
I doubt it's coming to game as a 'supported thing.' Like Murder is illegal too and we do it, but it's also frowned upon by NPCs.
They're not going to make a feature that's IRL illegal.
Raise has limits, like range or line of sight.
If I jump off the top of the tower and miss the light post at the bottom, I can just bounce back, then have my wife jump off. If she misses, she bounces back to me; if she makes it, we wait 15 min til I can port to her.
For the tower climb, as long as any progress is made, the person ahead need not move/lose progress.
Next thing you know Lalafells in white shirts and black slacks are going to be knocking on your doors asking for a moment of your time.
That's what we call FCs in this game.

Hate? 0_o
I don't think I'll ever understand how people like you think that everyone is like me. Also, assuming you know me at all. Which you don't.
I'm all about "love who you love" and I'm not against poly relationships. But where in North America or basically most of the civil world are you allowed to enter holy matrimony with more than two people? I'm not against it, but the practice of marrying more than one person isn't recognized by basically most developed nations - religious beliefs not withstanding (I'm not religious)
See: https://worldpopulationreview.com/co...ygamy-is-legal
"In every country in North America and South America, polygamy is illegal, and practice is criminalized. In the United States, polygamy is illegal in all 50 states; however, in February 2020, the Utah House and Senate reduced punishment for polygamy to the status of a traffic ticket"
No MMO developer in their right mind will ever recognize the practice.
Good chatting with you.
Just annulled my old eternal bond because I couldn't marry both friends at the same time...
I'm sorry, but your outrage by the concept of people marrying their friends is hilarious to me. Do you think everyone marries for love IRL, too? Because you'd be surprised how many people do it material reasons like green cards or tax benefits. And that's just in certain parts of the world, where it's still a fairly new concept that someone would marry for love anyway. In other parts of the world, marriages are still commonly arranged between families and feelings have absolutely nothing to do with any part of the process.
"Abusing the system" is equally hilarious because you spare what -a thousand gil maybe? - by teleporting with the ring. And it has a long ass cooldown which means you use it maybe once or twice a day. Literally the only time I use mine is when I'm having trouble finding an NPC and my bonded partner knows where they are.
Cool, good thing nobody is saying you would be forced to eternally bond multiple people if you don't want to.
You know it's not just a Mormon thing, right?
And the fact that it's illegal is stupid. I have a feeling it's a "we don't want to deal with the paperwork of this" thing from the side of the states. Consenting adults should be able to marry whoever they want. If their polygamous marriage has issues, that's on them.
Personally, I don't see a reason not to add the feature at some point, even if it meant only having one ring active at a time or something, so people wouldn't cry about the "unfair advantage" or whatever. It's not a feature I'd ever use , but neither are many other features of the game that many other people enjoy.
Eh one isn't enough ma?
