Step 3: Use the number from step 2 to determine the number of units to make. Hey, you might make a few extra just in case!
Step 4: Ship! As the game code in not in box you can do step 3 in batches until all orders are fulfilled.

Am I angry about this? Yes, yes I am. Feels like they do not have respect for their customers. If this was handled the way it was at places I have worked one or more people would probably be looking for new jobs today. This is not a small company nor their first expansion.
