This is what I was gonna post, but I don't see how this would have any place in the PF regardless. This isn't them really forming a party for anything. I'll have to read over the ToS again; SE seems to like to enforce it strictly, but broadly.

ERP is against TOS because you can't be sure the other party is of a legal age.

And well, it should be pretty evident why SE would want to nip anything that could involve an adult ERP'ing with a minor.

Or a minor stumbling into such an establishment not knowing what it is. And many kids are apt to lie about their age online because there is no way for the internet to catch the lie. So when the owner asks their age, they may lie and say an age above 18. Then they get RP'ed with in adult situations.

And what if that then spills into real life?

Except most of your initial responses to people pointing out why nothing is being done about the meme posts in PF was trollish and overblown for something that is, at its core - an annoyance at worst, a chuckle at best. You have been told why nothing is likely done about it - feet are not a sexual body part except for certain types of people. The listings themselves advertise nothing that flags them as anything mature or above age rating at a glance. Thus why nothing is being done.

If its roleplay it has to do with the game Its a RPG WHICH MEANS ROLEPLAY GAME

Something being role-play doesn't mean immunity to the terms of service, though. I could have my character swear like a sailor if I so pleased, though that wouldn't mean immunity to punishment if someone reported it.

What I don't understand is why you posted a thread about this, Merhouse. Nobody of this forum can do anything about this particular individual nor anything related to player behavior. Only Square Enix has the authority/power to address this issue. If you are bothered by someone in PF offering/requesting foot pics, report them in game.

Meaning teenagers.

Last time I checked people between the ages of 13 and 17 are teenagers and minors. Meaning minors are allowed to play this game.

Are you really advocating that people give strangers their real life physical address?! That's like one of the things most people know not to do because of safety. You never know who the other person is on the other side. What if they have stalker tendencies and attach to you? They then have your physical address and can stalk you in real life.

Also, that gives out players real names and DOB's. Two key pieces of information many places include in verifying one's identity. That's also a major security risk if you give that information out. One should not be advocating that.

Also still does not counter the fact that it's against the TOS. The TOS's comments regarding the type of content ERP is only forbids the player from engaging in such behavior. SE is allowed to do so as they know to what extent they can push the boundaries and maintain the age rating should they choose to do so.

And for 99% of players in the US, the ID will be one that includes their address. For our driver's license includes our address.

And like I said, SE is allowed to do things that would violate the TOS if we did it. Because they know how far they can push "sexual themes" and remain rated T. We players do not.

The TOS only mentions that players can't do anything sexual in game. SE is not a player.

Also, Discord is outside of the game and therefore SE would not be able to rely on such a feature to be able to prevent adult and minor ERP from happening. Because they can't be sure that all players who engage in such would use such software SE can only operate within the bounds of the game itself. Therefore any form of proving one's age that does not involve the game itself would not be something that could be used.

And that also doesn't negate the fact that proving your age in such a manner gives out 2 pieces of information that can be used to steal a person's identity, is another reason why any reasonable adult would reject any request to prove their age in such a manner to a stranger. And that's what any of these ERP venue owners are to players tho would have to prove their age: a stranger.

You missed the point of the statement. All those story beats you listed were rated by the ESRB as T, and approved by SE. Fetish PF listings haven't. Furthermore, do you know what static means? That's right non-changing. All those story beats and dungeons are code that does not change, where as player interacting with other players can lead to insidious things happening in the the real world facilitated through the game. Use thy brain.
