This is off topic but I have to ask, why do you guys flaunt the number of plots you have with these posts? Im genuinely curious

Flaunt? The picture is pretty cramped for the amount of information it contains and there's no additional text with 4 different fonts and 3 different colors to it. You want a good example to describe the word you chose, go look at post #10. That's textbook flaunting right there... even though it is really poorly made.
We're just here to hand out facts when people are misguided or delusional. It is quite time saving when you don't need to provide background as to why you have a better grip regarding housing than your average midlander.
It still says "look we own this many plots" without actually saying it in text. I didnt ask about post 10. I asked about you. But what would you call it if not flaunting? I mean...why is it there other than to say what I previously stated above? Again just curious
The temp restriction limited purchasing not ownership.
If you had lets say 2 characters on the same world. Character A with FC and house Character B with FC no house. Character B would not be able to buy a house for their FC. To purchase a house for character B's FC: someone not in the position of the player who owns A and B would have to purchase it. FC houses are owned by the FC not the purchaser which makes stopping people from owning more then one difficult. There are ways you could do it but that would harm FC's and punish their members for the actions of one.
I am fully against players abusing the FC system as way to own multiple homes. FC houses are for FC's not people who want a personal house.
What if they added in a tax system for housing? If you don't pay your taxes multiple times, you can lose your house?
I have seen this mentioned a few times on the forums. Would not be needed for personal homes as we are limited 1 one already. Anytime this is brought up people ask that the tax be paid in gil which is too easy to obtain. Now if a tax was applied to fc houses then fc credits could be used to cover the tax. Tricky part would be setting the amount to such that single player FC's cant afford it but low enough that Small active Fc's can afford it without much trouble.
