If anything, ubiquitous use of parsers would probably do the opposite. If the parsers provided even more information as to provide a more intuitive or accurate idea of one's performance at a glance, all the better, but it's already a fair sight better than going without a parser, especially if by choice.
Informedness breeds accountability, and their combination breeds actionable responsibility, which in turn tends to produce improvements to performance approaching that of more informed, skilled, and responsible players, which in turn reduces skill-gap and allows more players to partake in the same content.
Would not a community actually able -- in truth, not merely on assumption from intentional negligence and self-blinding -- to all perform decently in at least Extreme Primal encounters create a less divided, less divisive, and less "toxic" experience therein
