Yeah, there is that. I only really dislike it because everything is so spread out and having to plot it into Hunts Path to make a route, but it is good.

I only do it as a last resort if I'm waiting for a queue to pop and don't have anything else to get me EXP/do for my daily stuff(Gold Saucer, retainers/squadron, world quests, beast tribe, etc.). But I definitely do it in a circular way so that I'm not backtracking along the same path if I can help it.
Honestly I like these little dailies and they help break up the monotony of leveling some of my extra classes that I'd otherwise never touch for purposes other than glamour. Just because its an old formula doesn't mean it can't get the job done.
Friendly reminder that our current 8 and 24 man raids are basically "Remember FF5??" and "Remember FFT??"
lol? People can't even get credit towards their tiger achievements and you want to tie PROGRESSION to, arguably, the worst system in-game??
I normally hate dailies myself but I’m not really down on the beast tribe quests, they yield tons of exp for a very little amount of work. So granted they are pretty dull, but the reward vs amount of effort required is very worth it.
Mindless grinding vs mindlessly standing in one spot for days or weeks at a time doing nothing else but hoping and waiting. I'll um, take the grinding any day. At least then I feel like I'm accomplishing something or at least doing something, instead of just sitting watching the grass grow.
Easy exp for 60-70 jobs, quick, cute story... why do people hate these?
I always get so psyched for new beast tribe quests. I've maxed them all so far and working on the Kojin.
I never got far enough into WoW to do dailies.
Besides, beasts quests are now my go-to thing to do while I queue for dps. Remove that and all that's left for me are the finite side-quests and then...fates? Ew, god no. Hunts? Wouldn't touch that with a ten foot pole.
At day's end, there's content that no one cares about; don't mean it needs to go.
You need to go.
They give me a way to advance my jobs while I'm waiting on the Duty Finder.
I love them.
Beast Tribes are pretty much how I level healers and tanks, so I'd not be fond of eliminating them.
Making them more interesting, increasing the number available per day, upping the XP, etc?
That I'd be down with, but barring a new type of solo content to fill the gap, I'd like to keep them.
the only thing I dislike about the beast tribe quests is that they keep adding more tribes but the number of quests you can do in a day stays the same.
