Not sure about the OP, but I didn't see a loss of Rampart, it's still there...as a Role skill.
Shadowskin is still there, just seems I can use it on others now.
I never banked on Foresight...least not by itself. It damn sure won't help you with bad healers, but then again, more mitigation won't help you there either if you never get a Cure, so why bother stressing?
It's much to early to begin the doom and gloom on a video of skills that you saw on a stream where it was clearly stated that WHAT YOU SEE HERE MAY NOT BE FINAL, and things can and may change.
We don't have all the information, and sadly alot of the info we did get have some people losing their minds. (Hell, we all know Yoshi is a big troll. For all we know, he took some skills off his hotbat just to freak people out)
Let's wait until 4.0 drops and we can get our feet wet in the new waters first. You'll just frustrate yourself more and more if you dwell on it for too long.

Am I the only one who feels like its kind of silly to give people mandatory picks in cross role choices? It kind of defeats the purpose, as opposed to just giving all the tanks Rampart and Provoke by default. Maybe theres a technical limitation behind it. With tanks and healers especially you see that 3-4 of their cross role skills are essential and leave almost no room to try out the new skills in a group environment.

If every "mandatory" pick wasn't in the cross role list that means MRD and DRK would have to lose something at some level to get their version of Provoke. You can say well DRK lost Low Blow anyway, that would only matter if they get nothing at Lv 10 now. -
