Bigger butts, thighs, and busts se? Can we maybe?

Yaaaayy another gross thread asking for ways to sexualise the characters! NO.

I find these things infinitely creepy, especially when taken into account that they've all come before other customisation requests like more body fat. Seriously, I doubt my miqo'te has any internal organs with how flat her stomach is.

The only adjustment I'd like for boobs is an options to remove the ridiculous jiggle physics.

Whoa, as someone who has an hour glass figure i find your post quite rude. I usually ignore these but come on, wanting my character to have an hour glass shape like I do IRL is not sexual. That's implying that because I look a certain way that I'm always looking for "fun" or that I am sexual because of my appearance...wat.

I can't speak for others but I think it looks nice...that's the only reason I want it.

This this this! Pls give us an option to change how plump our characters can be.
This would go in line with bigger thighs, butts, etc anyway, but it would also solve everyones inverted stomachs. Seriously Miqote are as thin as a twig. Same with AuRa. Giving them a little fat would go a long way imo.

You're right... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to body-shame people, but that's what I did. I've been seeing these threads crop up (there's what, three of them in circulation right now?) and been stewing about them and let out my frustration in the worst possible way. I'm sorry.

More variations to body type is preferable and I'd welcome it, it's when people admit they want disproportionately large breasts (like that amazon character art) that I blow up. I can't really associate a request like that with anything other than "big titty hot tho".

So was there any hints or info regarding character customization in any of the interviews or fanfests?

It'll never happen because they'll have to redesign all armor and such to fit dynamically built characters.
Technically it can be done, but I suppose it's something they're not willing to spend money on.

Thnx. Its anoying really. I know Elder Scrolls Online is a debatably horrid MMO but at least it didn't let customization get in the way of their armor. Wide hips and bubbies as far as the eye could see.... And some man bulge. Blade and Soul's was cool too and Black Desert is no contests I suppose.

It's something I would love for them to do. Unfortunately it's just something I don't see happening in the foreseeable future ;_;
It would call for a complete overhaul of nearly everything they've made so far. The closest we'll get is probably new races having bigger assets like how Aura has some pretty decent butts and thighs.

I wouldn't mind them taking the time to redo all the gear.

At the same time as them making the gear able to fit on more diverse bodies, they could also redo the gear to have multiple dye areas.

Why would it require an overhaul of anything? I don't buy this at all, the outfit is just a mesh that stretches over whatever model they want to put it on.

Other games with ridiculous body sliders like PSO2 didn't intricately model every one of their outfits for the insane variations in body styles the players can make there.

Thats why I play this game on my PS3, not on my PS4, wich I own since a year!

On PS3 you can change screen size at 4:3 on a 16:9 TV the screen "strech" the supposed-to-be-there-black-bars in like 20%= every1 has NORMAL proportions -> They look attractive. Everything else looks normal, Im playing like that since 3 years o_o
Its the ONLY PS3 game where I have to switch to 4:3 or I get crazy seeing all these candle models >_> lol
All my other games(on PS4 too) are played at normal 16:9 HD !

I know the game looks way better on PS4, also some cloth/bodymoving physics etc..
But playing with skin chars is... uhh... I stopped playing the game on my PS4 in not even 20mins - I was REALLY disappointed, sad and switched back to PS3 >_>;

Now I really hope when 4.0 comes out and PS3 support is dead, We get new bars to change our char body parts,
like even EVERY darn free-to-play MMO has already! D8 ..or at least a screen size option PC user has! >,>

No, they wouldn't. They'd simply need to apply a deformer to that part of the mesh. The engine already supports it. They don't rebuild the mesh to apply deformations.

Well if it's at all possible, the bring it on! My lala needs a bigger belly.

They said they actually design the armour and outfits specially for each race. My guess is that it's so there isn't a loss of detail which would happen if they only designed one model and then have the game stretch it over others. For instance, it would look good on a hyur, but not on a roegadyn as it would be too stretched and the texture would be lost.

This whole thread is perverted. We do need more character creation options but this isn't the way to go.

They did that with 1.x, but they obviously haven't done it since then. Just look at Miqote's tails and Aura's tails and horns, they simply clip through the armor and clothes while in 1.x they had special armor and opening for tails and such.

I'd be okay with it as long as they were proportionate to the body frames we have now. The fact that people want to have ridiculously large breasts/butts/whatever in this game is just.. gross. And creepy. And weird. Most of the characters look like teenagers, Lalafel look like children. Its just.. yuck.

Keep it classy, and I'd be fine with having sliders for rears and to add some body fat and such. Theres no need for anything beyond that.

I have too a feeling that most people asking for sliders here wants something like really anime fantasia no humanly achivable proportions.

Someone posted a most fitting thing, i cant find it but it was like; if my overly thin miqote would again more bust and bottom her internal organs would be squashed

No. Video game characters with disproportionately large breasts/butts are gross, creepy and weird. The fact that people seem to want to turn this into Tera 2.0 is gross, creepy and weird. Don't think anyone was asking for disproportionately large breasts/butts, though. Most people just want normal proportions and that includes butts that don't go inwards.

Like I said, if its proportionate then I'm totally okay with it. And yes, people were asking for the super gross anime-cliche proportions. Which is just disgusting. I'm fine with having sliders to enhance character figures, so long as it doesn't get ridiculous.

also i still call bullshit on that you gain normal proportion when you add bust and breast slider. There are many other sliders that would make more sense in the first place then this

and no you wouldnt, the most logical slider to add at this point for realitic body proportions would be a weight slider rather then a butt slider, like i dont even know how you would get this idea.

What arguments? A general weight slider would just add weight and you'd still have the problem of butts going inwards.

And how far would that go? You have issues with big breasts but wanna add a weight slider on top of the current breast slider? How fat do you want the models to go?

I'm also confused about the part where people want hugely out of proportion breasts and ass. This request was for more weight everywhere,not just on the chest or hips.

Personally, I would like flat chests to be flatter. I also want Lalafell to have a chubby slider!

Sure! I realize people also want those options, which is why I asked to increase the minimum and maximum thresholds of the current breast slider, have a similar array for variety for hips/waist/thighs, and to give us options to adapt our general size, for those that want a thicker look in general.

I have no problems with this as long as it's not exaggerated.
