I have noticed when this is happening it is hard to connect to the lodestone, yet I can connect to everything else just fine. Also my download and upload speeds are fine.

To be honest I think there is no point in posting here anymore.... they are just never gonna reply.

We need to only be patient and wait till the 2.0 new server system is up.... crossing fingers for it to be better.

Clients seems to be slow, on interactions etc,

I have continued to get this error for the past 4 days!

the 30002 error happens all the time at the login screen for my character Esmee Fournier, I can login with my alt character no problem it is just my main character.

I have contacted ISP, No ports blocked;Did not fix
I have bought a new Router; Did not fix
I have deleted user folder: Did not fix
I have Reconfigured UPNP settings on both client and Routher; Did not fix
I have direct connected to modem; Did not fix
I have logged in with other users; no issues there, but still did not fix my issue

The issue is with the game Server! My connection is solid. Please assist. I've opened up 5 cases in 4 days and contacted live support which sucks by the way because they cant do anything about it. They literally know nothing and I don't understand how they can be considered support. HELP, I WANT A REFUND ON MY LOST DAYS!

I am on Saronia Server...stranded and lost...hopefully the maintenance planned for today will fix the issue but I am seriously doubtful. I can't believe how unresponsive SE is on this issue. The SE Support representative yesterday told me sadly "im sorry i just cant do anything..sorry, goodbye" which is pretty much what the Email support said as well. Thats why i have to post here sadly to get some visibility..but even then it looks like we're being ignored :(

I hope you all get this fixed. Its not fun d/cing every few min. :(

Can you guys try a chckdsk on your PC and try again?

Ok guess what 3002 Error resolved itself. Not because I Changed Routers, Not because My ISP blocked ports, Not because I changed configuration on the SW client or the Router Configs, Not because I deleted any user file folders, But Pretty much only because SE brought down/restarted their Servers for the 1.20b Patch Release. SO NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY EQUIPMENT OR SETTINGS. IT WAS ALL ON THE GAME SERVER SIDE. STOP POINTING FINGERS AT USERS EQUIPMENT SE AND TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE EQUIPMENT/SW THAT YOU"RE RUNNING ON YOUR END FOR ONCE. HAVING 6 different SUPPORT AGENTS SAY THE SAME CANNED BS is not what i CALL TECHNICAL SUPPORT. RESET THAT SERVER if You have people not able to login. WE CANT ALL WAIT FOR THE NEXT PATCH UPDATE BEFORE WE GET TO LOGIN AGAIN, CUZ WE'RE PAYING TO PLAY!

I am not experiencing issues with any other internet applications/games during the time period in which FFXIV encounters this error, and download speeds stay around 10mbs download and 1mbs upload.

Everything was fine pre 1.20b. And yes my internet is perfectly fine and not a single drop of setting have been changed.
Please look into this SE. I keep on having to restart my levequest and waste my favor points. Can't stay logged for more than 10min, very frustrating.

I also started to have a problem after patch 1.20b, a glitch in the sky not dependent on my PC side. The e-mail “support” I received was of... let's just say no help.
Yesterday, I managed to solve the issue somehow (I just don't have to use full screen anymore), but I had a very hellish week.

After reading I wasn't the only one but that you're also experiencing troubles after 1.20b and still no answer was given to you, I opened a new Topic here, in General Discussion.
It's the least I could do and I hope the Square Enix staff will start to take these matters into consideration and provide you a solution or, until then, a proper answer.

I am having this same issue. It does not matter where I am, whether full screen or windowed. It is not my connection or anything on my end. Sometimes I play fine for hours without being disconnected, others like this morning, is every 10-15 minutes. FIX THIS NOW!!

Same thing here for me. I had this prob around Ifrit launch, then everything went fine, and now i'm having it again since 1-2 days.

I went back to FFXI to see if my connection was the problem and I spend 2 days straight on it without d/c once or event get close to d/c...everything was just fine! (max resolution, windower, explorer open etc..)

logged on FF14 today to see how it'll be: 4 mins On = 300002 d/c.....

I.m pretty sure this is not me but the damn FF14 server or corrupted files or something else from SE.

How come it could be my pc,router,internet provider,etc. since every others onlines games running well on my pc and this one is not??

At the time you did this tracert you had crashed or disconnected? Were you able to log in after?
Does your d/c happen in certain zones or during a certain action? Have you done a chckdsk on your machine?

It was just after the 30002 error. I'll try to do another one right when i'm r0'ing. I've done a checkdisk, everything seems fine. As for the timeout on the 4th jump, I've been having this since a long time now (before the problems I've been encountering with FFXIV), it's systematic, I should call my ISP about that ^^

I don't always have the 30002 error. Most of the time, I just get r0 status, which can stay for a few seconds to a few minutes (less than 5). If the r0 stays too long, I eventually get the 30002 error. These r0's tend to happen periodically, when it happens it does for approximatly 1-2 hours. I've noticed it happens in the afternoon (GMT+1), when it's around 10pm for japan. It also happens later at night, around 1-2 am for me (still gmt+1), I guess when it's an US primetime. When I'm in those r0 phases, I have r0s every 1-3 minutes for 5-10 minutes, then it might be ok for 10-15 minutes then it happens again.

Many, I had this in all 3 cities, Ifrit battle, Natalan, and I guess other places too.

As seen on the minimap, it's random, I had with no one, a few npcs (crafting in town in remote area), in the middle of Uldah (so lots of people), in natalan party (lots of npc, few pc).

Yes, as I've said the disconnections happen in short bursts, so I can log back pretty easily but then I get r0's again, and eventually a 30002 error again.

definitely i did all of those things you mentioned..with the recent patch was your issue fixed?Mine was resolved after their servers went down :)

Just to summarize the particular issues at hand:
You are experiencing many different ranges of the 30002 error, including these.

The following typical fixes have not yielded a solid connection:
> Refreshing the router
> Circumventing the router
> Deleting the user folder
> Setting up Universal Plug and Play
> Uninstall/Reinstall
> Various contacts with the Internet Service Provider
The ping tests seem to be yielding generally higher response times but nothing extraordinary. (There seems to be a connection to the server.)
It does not appear to matter where the character is located. Or how many people they are near.

Moving forward we are presently working with the Development Team to try to find a solution to this problem. We can only recommend patience while we investigate the matter.

Since my last post I hit a time where the game was basically unplayable, so I took note of all the errors I received at the time.

I have hit a streak of GOOD luck, and since maintenance I have not had a single disconnect(2 days in a row now), so I pray this continues :P^^ Thank you Customer Service/Dev Team.

Haven't had an R0 or disconnect since trying this, thank you very much!

it didnt fix it

I just re-activated my account to try out the new patch 1.21 and am now constantly getting this error and being disconnected which has never happened before. Very annoying considering I am paying now and can't play.

Error Code: (300002)1332043617,10607610,5

Happened about 6 times so far tonight, can't play for longer than 10 minutes without being booted.
