I wonder what the new cap is for regular dungeons, and if they will continue to increase it passively to force healer stop dps because it wouldn't matter.
this is because those skills don't have initial damage and thus aren't affected by accuracy and evasion. Yeah it looks like an oversight. But realistically, if the accuracy cap was at a point that healers would miss 99% of their spells, the dps gained from SCH and AST guaranteed spells would be meaningless
