I'm down for new abilities but they need to merge a few currently. For example, why does MCH have two separate skills for dismantle? One does 5% Physical the other Magical and you can only use one. Why not just 5% both?
Traits can also get good gameplay changing aspects to act as a skill instead of flat buffs.
They can also change the progression in the game. I say allow all base Class Abilities(no cap), put a cap of 10 or 15 Job Abilities, a cap of 5 or 10 Traits, and 5 Cross Class Abilities cap.
This way they can still add in new skills and traits buy it gives us a clean UI and diversity.
