There is no incentive for rmt to buy houses. none.
There has been nothing that has said that you can resell the land.
Once an instance server is filled, another one is created, meaning it's impossible to buy up all the land.
The "ah" system is buying FROM THE GAME, not from other players.
People need to stop flipping out over misinformation on something that isn't even in the game yet. -

Why would RMTs buy land? As far as I'm aware, you can't sell land to other players, only abandon it (at that point the game picks the land back up and puts it back on the market place).
Honestly, I hope RMTs are stupid enough to think you can sell land to other players. Think of how much gil they'll be loosing before they realize how stupid they are and abandon the land so legit players can buy it. -
