Energy Drain definitely needs changes... Spending resources for a 100 potency attack is just bad design.
Should probably be 320 to match Broil.
They know their playerbase. If they do that, everybody will only want to use stacks into ED above anything else, and not long after you'll see people coming on the forums and complain that it sucks that their healing conflicts with an attack "used for 2 minute bursts" and that it makes them lose damage if they use them for other things.

Better idea , just kick the "griefter" and different idea if the devs NEED to get involved, ask them to implement better systems to help people learn to play the jobs CORRECTLY so we stop getting cure 1 spammers in max level content!
No the classes were badly designed long before that. It didn't help I suspect, but it hardly is the core issue. That would be the combination of not wanting non-static-rotation type classes + wanting more and more classes every expansion. This naturally requires drastic homogenization.
