Change Energy Drain. (SCH)

Yep you hear it change it as a 30 sec or 60 sec cd off global cooldown to press with no ressource attach to it with 2 stacks. Reasoning it's easy, a lot party finder sch are too griefter to hold aetherflow for defensive purpose. I saw it on my M9S-M10S-M11S runs on my alt. Hearing a sch say ''we need party mits'' when all party mits are cds and only person who didnt use his, the scholar, it's such a great feeling of griefting the party.

Enough is enough. I don't care it's a player issue or my theme job, it's show time to time on every expansion this ability since is release playerbase is too dumb to use it properly. Change it as no ressource attach to it will fix the skill issue.
