The problem is artificial difficulty in Casual:

- REMOVE animation lock for rez...

- Don't target people with i- frames atm for drop down tracking AoEs

- We need at least another 1.0 second on some "get to safe place" because figuring out where =death atm. Success should NOT be about memorizing the entire fight

- Tune down DoTs.

O.O You aren't animation locked after casting O.o. Are you waiting until the animation is done to move? this isn't ff11. U can start moving when the cast is about .3 seconds from done there is 0 animation lock except on gap closer and backflip.
Are you hard casting rez? You are a rdm you should be using swift-rez, or ver cure or jolt to proc you double cast and then casting rez. This is why rdm's damage is as low as it is, as a rdm can get 2.5 people up in the time it takes a healer to get one, healers should always take priority on doing the rez cause it hurts your damage a lot to do this and you are a dps.

Rdm has only 2.47 seconds of cast time if you aren't using SS time to get your duel cast proc(which you shouldn't SS does nothing for rdm). Then you have 4.7 seconds of complete movement while casting rez until u have to stop to cast again. to do the mech. It can be challenging to multi task and you should prioritize the mech unless both healers are dead, and u have an lb 3. Then you prio the healer over yourself cause they can get up and lb 3.

Iframes don't cause a rez to ignore you, if rez is casted on you and your don't get it that would be a bug. You have 5 seconds of invuln as long as u don't do anything other than move, 1 second of it is animation locked. You should be waiting out those 5 seconds unless you absolutely can't. at which point start spamming ver cure on yourself, throw up your shield, and use addle. Normal raids are designed with the party using their mitigation tools. This means feint, this means addle, this means reprisal. I know the vast majority of players do not do this Which is why you tend to take more damage. I will ask players to use their tools if its needed. They even got extended by 5 seconds so you don't even have to time them as well

Healers do not have to be perfect, they have Kits that are larger than the mechs require. I know in my experience random sages are really bad at utilizing their whole kit, and whm like to swift cast glair when they shouldn't. I dont know enough about the other two healers except that I don't see macro cosmos used enough by astros. Again this is a raid, you are expected to use your whole kit.

The invuln timer and your hp dont come back until you are standing up. its 1 second of animation lock.

The actual difficulty once seeing it once isn't too bad as a tank but on my DPS I feel the ARTIFICIAL DIFFICULTY much worse

- Failing most mechanics = death. Either flung off cliff or hit 50-70% HP and shoved into a hazard or a DoT ticking 15-30k.

- Punished for REZZING. "The 5-second" i-frame is mostly taken up by animation lock and you can literally have a floor fall out underneath you, NEW can be hit for 72k HP in the animation , or targeted by drop down or a big AoE in the field coming out of that 2 seconds of running after ANIMATION LOCK will still hit you and kill you.

- All your resolutions are implying healers are working perfectly and atm healing is brutal. I watch my healers mp bar as RDM.

As stated in the one you quoted. You aren't animation locked for 5 seconds you are animation locked for 1, at most 1.5. If you are animation locked for 3 seconds something else is going on.
Moving does not remove invuln. They made this change back at the final raid tier of ShB, as long as you don't preform an action, so sprint, cast, shield ect, you keep your invuln.

"I-frames" buff after being rezzed is applied once the animation is done. If you use a skill or auto-attack, it'll remove the buff, simple as that. You can move freely once the animation of you being rezzed is done.

I mean I can use just 1 from the new content itsself. The very first boss of the lvl 99 dungeon if you get hit by his aoes, and aren't in 98/99 gear. will take 80%-100% of your health as I see this all the time when i'm running the dungeon to lvl my other classes.

Or

- The animation lock keeps you in a large AoE incoming that you have no chance to run out of that will either flat out kill you OR shove you into Hazard that puts a DoT to kill you before a cure II cast

Or

- rez sickness healers can't get you up in time for 60-70% raid wide attack

Idk why y'all think that the I-frames will keep you safe the next 5-10 seconds.

I'm a Healer Main and I'm casual as fuck, disabled, my fingers sometimes literally medically don't receive signals from my brain... and I still manage to get through this content. I actually do agree though some of it slightly overtuned... however if I may return to the previous point?

Don't bring yourself down to the level of others, someone is rude to you? Brush it aside, combat with actual sound logic and facts... the move you stoop to their level and insult back? You've lost.
