Maybe a general pie graph type thing I would not or ever display numbers for pve that would create some toxicity kupo <3 but I am not against a simple #1 was such and such #2 was such and such...that could be fun.
Anything can really breed toxicity if you think about it enough so it is a slippery slope kupo <3
Could bring in achievements like "Top #1 dps for x amount of something" ...not sure how that would work with tank/heals..perhaps in raid settings...again slippery slope though kupo <3 must be taken with much caution :p
Course again with something like that it could be cheesed very easily with 2 dps roulette playing the "My friend needs this achievement so I will faceroll this dungeon" type thing etc..
I really like the post-game PVP stat screen.

Overwatch 2 adds stat meters. I now see support aiming for the heals (as it is the only thing that displays on the stats) rather than perking the team up. Those that don't go for heals (e.g. if you play Lucio) get ridiculed because nobody can see the speed boost (which is arguably more important) that Lucio delivers.
The same will happen in FF14.
People will do the thing that pushes them up the scale, not the thing that makes them a better player e.g. DPS refusing to move out of shit to keep their DPS high. Healers healing the wrong peeps because they want more of their heals to land, etc. -

Like I said before, had some bad runs with people who were rude and insulting for no reason, or even kicking unfairly because they can and they entered 3/4 etc..
It's just simply not a good way of dealing with it, especially if you got dc'd soon after and lost all the logs, it's impossible to report that kind of disgusting behavior. -

I think really neat stats next to damage dealt would be damage mitigated and ratio of heal to overheal. Resources wasted would be super interesting but not as straight up to implement I guess. If this feature really comes in, dont get too surprised if the healer is leading in dps on trashpulls.
