Given current game design, would it help SMN if lesser summons refreshed on use?

I spam Ruin III before Ego Death in P8S second boss. Because there is no extra Demi Summon if I don't hold. My group deals too much DPS. I sure would like to be able tyo do more than Ruin III or having to get a complete separate BiS to be pepefast Summoner.

The Demis hit harder than the Primals overall. So using if a fight, say, had an untargetable phase at the 2:10 mark, most Jobs will push their overall burst until the boss comes back to the arena. SMN's option is Bahamut, trio, Phoenix, trio then either a Bahamut that will be clipped (and then the SMN be desynced from raid buffs the rest of the fight) OR 10 seconds/4 casts of Ruin 3 spam. I mean, unless I'm wrong of I've typed it wrongly, this is exactly what I've mentioned for a solution.

Another solution is to fix Ifrit's damage? No way he should be doing less firepower than Titan with all the caveats he has versus Titan.

I dunno why Ifrit is so weak considering he only has 2 Charges which is weird to me. He should have 4 charges considering Titan and Garuda also have 4 charges. So either buff the potency or give more charges.

I don't really like Ruin 3 but when you separate the aesthetics from the job mechanics you really are just spamming Ruin 3 over and over again with different values.

The summoner needs a complete change for the functioning of the filler phase, in the meantime they could add stacks to the basic spells of elemental summons.

but to repair the summoner and make it less rigid it would be necessary to completely rework the filler and if possible make elemental summon ''ogcd' spells' with instant damage,
on the other hand, it would require to split certain spells and adding others, but given the few spells the summoner has, this would make it a little less boring.

Making it a little harder would be a good choice anyway as it looks like a ''Demi-job'' with gameplay design errors actually.
