what ive seen is the dps will use their mobility abilities to get ahead of me, WAR also has one but only works if im targeted to an enemy so once they get ahead its hard to catch up

No it isn’t. What’s the complaint in the ticket? “Mr. GM I ran ahead of the tank and pulled something and died. This is unacceptable. Ban them pls.”? People get aggro and die all the time.
Yeah that’s me. Real psycho with no legitimate point at all. lol Glad we established that.
Make sure you're Sprinting before combat for the doubled duration.
Also, if you ever arrive to the second pack with Sprint duration to spare, start using it that much earlier. That way even if the DPS mow down both packs in well under a minute, it's that much more likely to come up before you next enter combat, again putting you ahead of your party.
As a Warrior, you won't need a healer for the first 15 seconds or so of combat upon reaching Raw Intuition, so you needn't worry about the healer uniquely falling behind.
Griefing your teammates because they do something that is a slight annoyance at best is psychotic, yes. Glad we established that. Perhaps you will learn that holding aggro is very easy, and if your teammates are doing something you dislike, you should communicate with them instead of griefing them with uncooperative play such as not healing them to let them die because your fragile ego was bruised, turning off tank stance because your fragile ego was bruised, or shirking onto them because your fragile ego was bruised.
Still think tanks should pull bosses in all content bc, if they aren’t ready to generate aggro, it can easily be a wipe. A pointless one that could just be avoided and adds more time than you saved by pulling too fast.
Also, what if your tanks (or other players) need to suddenly do something irl real quick? Boss arena is a natural pause point for that. Bosses should simply not be pulled until everyone is there and ready. /shrug
Don’t recall mentioning anything about shirking, griefing, or turning off tank stances. Are you perhaps speaking to someone else and replying to me by mistake?
Also the use of the word teammate in this scenario when the behavior being discussed is a dps blatantly leaving the tank behind to hotdog on their own is a little funny.
Can we not get into tanking philosophies. Communication is the key.
Most people will understand if you explain ahead of time. And if one(or all)wants to not listen to you and make you do it there way. Remember while its true that letting people die is against TOS, its also against TOS to push a playing style as a must.
