endwalker not detected

It's showing that I never purchased Endwalker in my account history. This has nothing to do with the early-acess key, vs the other key (Which is stupid, it being a separate key)

It's showing now that i just don't own it and that I've never purchased it on the store. So now I have no idea what the hell to do. I can't find that email anymore either. So.... great. I guess I just lost 40 dollars.

Same here, maybe a solution for the login queue, just send random questions to players for register with a code they dont have, so they cant play anymore. No email gotten beside advertising for early access. Ned help here from Support.

Open now a support ticket, but hey cant play anyhow because of login queue.

What a stupid solution, found i now, if you have Endwalker purchased with square enix, you have to go again to the square enix store, login and then to your orders where you find endwalker order and the new code. Never have seen this stupid thing in any other online game.
Now i know why i hate this complicated system at square to buy or register something.

That is the way it looks before you enter the second code for the actual game. It looked odd when I entered it.

I have played numerous games that have had early access and launch keys separate. Is it super common anymore no but it still happens. There have been multiple emails, news posts, and notifications about it.

Similar problem here. Have not received the final registration code for Endwalker. I was referred to a trusted partner - Scalefast when I pre-ordered the exp. No e-mail from them or SE. Anyone here bought through Scalefast?

I have the exact same problem. My credit card shows the 59.99 purchase however my Mog Station account shows no purchase.. I don't have the E-mail since I've never had to enter two codes for a game before..

EDIT: Confirmed going to https://store.na.square-enix-games.com/ NOT Mog Station and I got my key which worked!

Nvm, found the code on the SE store site. Can get confusing with all these different sites for the same game, lol

Yea, I know for a FACT I bought the Endwalker expansion from the mogstation.. And it is simply not showing up in my order history, I never got an e-mail confirming I purchased it nor any second code to add. At least they will start fixing the congestion now. -1 player

EDIT: So, I found it. From THIS store website: https://store.na.square-enix-games.com/, NOT the mogstation store, by logging in with my SE account and going to the 'Orders' dropdown from clicking on my name in the upper right hand corner. When people were staying you can get the code from the SE store, I was thinking the mogstation. This is NOT clear, very convoluted and beyond frustrating. This is the first time I have EVER seen a game require a second code after a pre-release event. Words cannot even..

both me and my husband have the same thing on two different aacouts in incentive. Endwalker pre-ordered from both and played already and today writes enter the code but from the list in Mog Station the endwalker has disappeared. In steam, the add-ons on the list are in place, but the game launches the shadowbringers.

Issue I'm having is that I found the code, but it keeps telling me it was already used, but then it is also still saying I do not have Endwalker unlocked, but it shows I have/had early access still.
