Another thing I just remembered that may be a factor. I did a home world transfer back in 2014. The problem is I can't find which character/world I went to and from...I only have the email saying I did a HWT.
It's possible that I never deleted Mister Jingles@Pheonix, but instead it was a HWT to Brynhildr. Maybe Lodestone never updated? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I did more digging and found a forum with the exact same problem I am having, sadly there was no solution posted. BUT this shows it is likely an existing issue and I am not alone. Seems to occur when there is a World Transfer from one DC to another. I believe I did the same (it's been awhile so I didn't remember the details), from Pheonix (EU Light DC) to Brynhildr (US Crystal DC).

No solutions for either, is anyone from the Lodestone Tech Support side able to look into this?
When you try logging in on the Lodestone, what does it show you? If you log in with your square-enix account, you should receive a list with all characters registered to that account for you to make a selection. Or does is simply not show the character you want, even though you use that very account to play with it?
Your account on the Forums also still indicates you are from the Phoenix server, in the European Data Center. Brynhildr is in the North American Data Center. Are you actually logging into Brynhildr? Be sure to confirm that first.
Note that the European Data Center did not exist back in 2013. It was created in 2015. If you haven't logged in since before that time, you may have been pulled along with everyone else to that Data Center.
You may have no recourse other than to attempt another world transfer -- From the HWT service page:
"If you should encounter problems when using the Home World Transfer Service, please contact the Square Enix Support Center. The Square Enix Support Center cannot assist with certain problems if more than one week has passed since using this service."
One of my earlier posts was a picture of my character logged in with it showing Brynhildr as my homeworld. I am 100% certain my character exists on Brynhildr and I login daily.
First place I went to was SE support when I noticed the problem. They said, "This issue is out our jurisdiction, please post to the Lodestone Forums." Hence the post.
Lastly, I am definitely not about to pay for another HWT just to find out it doesn't work still. Plus I own housing with a FC and all of my friends are on Bryn.
The SE support staff on the forums won't really be able to help you as they don't have access to any accounts and can only really offer basic assistance.
Your best bet is probably to create a bug report in this forum. I know it says "In-Game Bugs", but this is the in-game character information not reflecting properly on the official website, so I'd say it's valid to put it there.
However, you need to make sure your post is using the template which you can find in post 2 of this thread or it'll just be rejected.
Thanks! I agree it is some sort of bug, more with Lodestone but at this point I am willing to try anything to get this issue fixed so I will give it a shot! Hopefully they accept or at least look at it. It definitely doesn't fit the bug report template very well...
