    My character is not on Lodestone

    Hello,

    I am having trouble with Lodestone not being able to locate one of my Character accounts. I am trying to locate "Mister Jingles@Brynhildr" but it just doesn't exist on Lodestone.

    The only character of mine I can find is old, "Mister Jingles@Pheonix". This is also what I get linked to when I click my "Mister Jingles@Brynhildr" link in MogStation.

    Please help!

    That's the wrong one. I am trying to find Mister Jingles@Brynhildr. That just links to the Mister Jingles@Pheonix

    Yes, "Mister Jingles@Brynhildr" is the only account I play on. I thought I had deleted the Mister Jingles@Pheonix so I'm not even sure how that page still exists...

    Definitely not. I haven't logged into Pheonix in forever. It most certainly is on Brynhildr and has been since ARR.

    No, I've been playing since ARR with this same Brynhildr toon. Omnicrafter and almost all battle classes to 80 too.

    Just in case anyone thinks I am just crazy. Here is a screenshot of the toon I can't find. Notice the Home Server (Brynhildr) on the top. Sorry if links aren't allowed not sure how else to prove my toons existance...

    EDIT: I also double checked. Mister Jingles@Pheonix is indeed long gone. No idea when I deleted him, but it was not recently...
